Who we are

What information we collect

We collect very little personal information through this website:

• Job applications. If you submit the "Apply Now" form, we collect the name, phone number, and position you provide, so we can contact you about the opening.
• Language preference. We store your chosen site language (English or Greek) in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again on your next visit.
• Cookie preference. We store your cookie consent choice (accepted or rejected) in your browser's local storage.

We do not run any analytics or advertising tracking on this site by default. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected and why.

Cookies and optional content

This site uses only strictly necessary local storage to remember your language and cookie choice. With your consent, it also loads two optional third-party services:

• Google Fonts: used to display the site's typefaces. Loading fonts from Google's servers means your browser contacts Google when the page loads.
• Google Maps: used to show our location on the "Find Us" section. Loading the map means your browser contacts Google when you view that section.

You can accept, reject, or change this choice at any time using the cookie banner on the site.

How we use your information

Job application details are used only to evaluate your application and contact you about it. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Job application details are kept only as long as reasonably needed to consider the application and any follow-up hiring process, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the phone numbers above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
